A Blogging Bibliophile

I absolutely loved this book! Christian Damiano is the swooniest grump I’ve read in a while. He and Avery were perfect for each other.

The Fall Out follows our MCs, Boston Rev’s pitcher Christian Damiano and his Coach’s Daughter, Avery Wilson. They happen to meet randomly one night before opening day, have a ONS and then Avery basically ghosts him when she finds out he’s one of her dad’s players.

Chris, however, can’t forget Avery. When they meet up again a few months later he makes it his mission to show her that they’re perfect for each other. Oh, and did I mention the fact that he and her dad can’t stand one another? LolI loved how all in Chris was, despite everything he had going on in his life. He became Avery’s friend and consistently showed up for her. Oh, and we get some great cameos from the Mom Com series favorites, Cortney Miller and Beckett Langfield.

This book had me laughing right from the start and swooning at the end. Definitely going to be a favorite romcom for the year!
