OMG this book was fire – perfect in every way, just like all the Wickeds and Whiskeys before it. I feel like I’m starting to sound super redundant in my reviews, but Melissa never fails to deliver on each new book – I’m a permanent fan, what can I say (sorry not sorry lol).
I didn’t really know what to expect with Baz’s story since he’s always been a bit of a mystery to readers, but wow – like his brothers and cousins, he is a hot, dirty talking sweetheart! Initially, I was a little bummed to find out that he wasn’t going to end up with his good friend from previous books, but I should have known better – he and Emerson were perfection together. They both had some underlying issues they needed to get past / accept, and they were the perfect support for each other. I love how big these Wicked men’s hearts are and their capacity for loving the right woman!
If you need me between now and next year when Zander’s book releases, I will just be over here swooning and re-reading Melissa’s blacklist for the umpteenth time!
